What is Impotence or
Erectile Dysfunction?
Impotence is the persistent
inability to achieve and maintain an erection that is
satisfactory for sexual intercourse.
Persistence of the problem

accurately describe the physical problem of men not being able to
achieve erection sufficient for penetration during sexual
intercourse.
Note that men who suffer
from male Erectile Dysfunction may not achieve erection sufficient for
penetration but may well be fertile, have normal sex drive and
the ability to achieve orgasm and ejaculate.
